My holistic dentist recommended EPO and this brand specifically, as she takes it herself. I had complained about my menstraul migraines/pain, and she said she takes up to 4 or 5 each day when pain is bad for her. I now take 1x each day as a preventative. And then more as needed. It has been a game changer for my pain levels, aches and so forth as well due to Estrogen loss/Menopause symptoms. I recommend this to everyone.

I did not exactly win the genetic lottery, so unfortunately I am up to about $8,000 per year in vitamin and supplement expenses, but this makes me qualified to speak from a lot of experience.
