Cancellation Policy

At VitaHeals, we recognize that sometimes you may need to modify or cancel an order. Please read through the following terms and conditions for cancellations:

1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

If you want to cancel an order, do it as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will promptly process a refund for your payment. If the order has already been shipped, we will refund your payment once we receive the item(s) back at our warehouse and process them.

2. Cancellation After Shipment:

If your order is already in transit, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us to receive a refund. For complete return instructions, please review our Return Policy.

3. Partial Cancellations:

If you need to cancel specific items from your order while keeping others, contact our customer service team. If the items have not been shipped yet, we will cancel them and issue a refund. If the items have already been shipped, you will need to return them to us for a refund.

4. Cancellation of Pre-Orders:

You can cancel pre-ordered items as long as they have not been shipped yet. If the pre-ordered items have already been dispatched, you will need to return them to us to receive a refund.

To cancel an order, provide your order number to our customer services team.
Kindly note that a restocking fee may be applied to orders that are canceled after they have already been shipped.

We strive to process cancellations quickly. Once your cancellation is complete, you will receive an email notification. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
