It’s been over 2 weeks and have not received order

How can this review process automatically fill in 5 stars when I’ve never received my order. What a joke. Either contact me or refund my order.

Hostile packaging

The container is made of such tough plastic that administration was next to impossible. After four tries with more product on my face than in my eyes, I gave it up, mutilated the bottle to get to the product, and transferred it to an ordinary brown-tinted dropper bottle. And then I see that I will not be able to provide you with the mutilated bottle as a visual aid. But that's okay; I don't want a refund, and I will not be ordering from you again because additionally, this is the most user-unfriendly website I've seen in a long time. Your banner takes up 2/3 of the screen, and the site is clearly aimed at providing as little as possible by way of customer service.

Hi Susan, The problems are random with the current stock of Natural Ophthalmics Eye drops and the patients do seem to “get it” once taught properly to gently squeeze and hold bottle perfectly upright.

We have contacted the Brand and they said the dropper bottle is not performing as expected. The patients complain that the bottle is too difficult to squeeze. And you all are correct. There are problems that we did not expect and we are taking action to figure out why Aptar recommended such a poorly performing product.

The brand is working to resolve the bottle issue and the new stock will be arriving with a new bottle soon.
