1. Return Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process any requests for refunds or exchanges after this period.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. This applies to all products, including sealed bottles, appliances, electronics, and other goods.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note, items should not be returned to the manufacturer.

2. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation of receipt. You will then be notified of the approval or denial of your refund request.

If approved, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be credited to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within a specified timeframe, depending on your payment provider.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account for any pending transactions.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

4. Sale Items

Please note that sale items are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable to regularly priced items.

5. Exchanges
