Refund Policy

Our return policy covers a 30-day duration. Any request for a refund or exchange beyond this period cannot be entertained.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Items such as sealed bottles and other goods, including appliances and electronics, should be presented in their undamaged original packaging.

For a return to be processed, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory. Please refrain from returning the purchased item to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, an email confirming receipt will be sent. The approval or rejection of your refund will also be communicated. Approved refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within a stipulated timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If a refund has not been received, first review your bank account. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as the posting of refunds may take time. Following this, contact your bank, as a delay in refund processing is common. If these actions do not result in the receipt of your refund, please contact us at vitaheals@gmail.com.

Sale Items (if applicable):

We regret the inability to refund sale items. Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable):

Defective or damaged items are the only grounds for item exchanges. If an exchange is required, please reach out to us via email at vitaheals@gmail.com, and we will respond within one hour.
