We love the supplements ….shipping is an issue

We received our first shipment with a tiny ice pack that was hot to the touch. It wasn’t big enough to keep a child’s lunch box cool for a day, much less to allow a probiotic to survive days in the back of a deliver truck in the south the middle of summer. I submitted a complaint and the company was nice enough to send a replacement free—BUT SAME THING HAPPENED. Same tiny ice pack, hot to the touch, long ago melted. I give up! 🤷🏻‍♀️
